Exporting from Poland to Brazil
EU-Mercosur preferential tariffs, 89 MAPA-authorized food establishments, competitive manufacturing costs, and growing bilateral trade.
EU-Mercosur: in force since May 2026Poland is Europe's fastest-growing major economy and an increasingly important exporter to Brazil. With competitive manufacturing costs (lower than Western Europe), strong dairy and food industries, and membership in the EU-Mercosur agreement, Polish companies are well-positioned to grow exports to Latin America's largest market. 89 Polish establishments are authorized by MAPA to export food products to Brazil.
Your EU advantage + cost competitiveness
Polish manufacturers combine EU-Mercosur preferential access with lower production costs than Germany, France, or Italy. This dual advantage — tariff preferences plus competitive pricing — makes Polish products particularly attractive in price-sensitive sectors like furniture, dairy, and auto parts.
Trade Data: Poland → Brazil
Source: UN Comtrade 2023Brazil reports 18.9% more imports from Poland than Poland reports in exports. This CIF/FOB spread is typical — Brazil values at CIF (including freight & insurance), while Poland values at FOB (port of departure). Large gaps can also indicate re-exports through third countries.
